Presbyterian Homes & Services – Flagstone Groundbreaking Celebration

Eden Prairie, MN., November 19, 2019 – On November 19, 2019, representatives from Presbyterian Homes & Services, Senior Housing Partners, InSite Architects, Adolfson & Peterson Construction (AP) and the Mayor of Eden Prairie all put on hard hats to officially break ground on Presbyterian Homes & Services newest senior living community, Flagstone. The new facility will feature a variety of rental living options and amenities under one roof, which will provide seniors accessibility to everyday conveniences.

The new senior living campus will feature a range of care options and provide older adults the opportunity to obtain housing, services and amenities to suit their individual needs. The campus includes 148 senior apartments, 40 assisted living apartments, 18 memory care apartments and 72 care center suites.

Dave Herzberg, Vice President at AP noted, “The Flagstone project is our 16th project with Presbyterian Homes dating back to 1996. It has been AP’s privilege to continue to serve our clients mission by providing housing and Skilled Care for our senior population.”

Flagstone is a 449,000-sf senior living campus that will be a combination of wood frame and non-combustible construction. Gathering spaces and services on the new Flagstone campus will include a swimming and therapy pool, bistro, library, fitness center, movie theater, pet spa, salon, market, woodshop and chapel.
