STAMFORD, Conn., May 9, 2016 – Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc.® (NYSE:HOT) today announced its rapidly expanding Aloft brand has opened its first hotel in Scottsdale, Arizona. Owned and managed by Triyar Hospitality, the hotel recently completed a $4 million conversion to reposition as an Aloft. Conveniently located in the heart of downtown Scottsdale’s vibrant Entertainment District, Aloft Scottsdale features 126 spacious rooms, accessible technologies and a buzzing social scene.
