TrustYou will provide Meriton Serviced Apartments with reputation monitoring and guest surveys. Reputation monitoring includes an analytics dashboard that allows hoteliers to understand and act upon all guest feedback from all digital outlets (social media, travel sites, and websites), receive daily email alerts with new reviews, respond quickly to guest complaints, and track competitors.
