SAN FRANCISCO, Nov. 18, 2014 – Cavallo Point Lodge, ranked among the “Top 5 Resorts in the U.S” by Travel + Leisure, today announced the appointment of its new General Manager, Brendan Carlin. Mr. Carlin brings over 20 years of experience as a leader of luxury hotels and resorts in the United States.

Mr. Carlin brings diverse expertise to Cavallo Point, having played extensive roles in many aspects of hotel operations, including the rooms, spa, culinary and accounting divisions. With a passion for the luxury travel sector, his commitment to delivering an exceptional guest experience along with high employee satisfaction has contributed to the success of the properties he’s overseen. Mr. Carlin’s leadership positions with four-to-five star rated hotels include Ritz Carlton; General Manager for The Mosaic Beverly Hills, and the Hotel Jerome in Aspen. Most recently, he held the role of Managing Director for The Joule, an acclaimed luxury hotel in downtown Dallas.
