La Cuisine, one Michelin star

La Cuisine offers the finest modern French cuisine in an elegant setting. Guest tables face the open kitchen of chef Gabriel Grapin, who under the direction of the hotel’s Executive Chef Laurent André incorporates light and flavourful notes in his sophisticated, generous and spontaneous cuisine. His flavours are beautifully complemented by the concluding touches – desserts by famous Pastry Chef Pierre Hermé. The décor is friendly and artistic – a magnificent fresco, “A Garden in Paris” by French artist Stéphane Calais, graces the ceiling. And during warm weather, you can dine on the terrace overlooking beautiful gardens.
